When you join our team, you take part in a day of purpose-driven, community-led reef restoration.\u00a0 It is your opportunity to go beyond observation and recreational diving, and contribute to the protection of the reefs you\u2019ve travelled so far to see.<\/p>\n

But like coral reefs everywhere, Raja Ampat\u2019s reefs are under growing pressure \u2014 from climate change, localised degradation, and the unintended impacts of tourism itself.<\/p>\n At The SEA People, we believe that one of the greatest positive influences on the state of Raja Ampat\u2019s marine environment can \u2014 and should \u2014 be the tourism industry.
